During Monday Night Countdown prior to the Miami Dolphins-Los Angeles Rams primetime game, the former Philadelphia Eagles center stood next to three United States Navy Seal veterans on the field.
ESPN hosted a push up contest between the four, with each person having one minute to do as many as they possibly could.
Jason changed out of his suit and into a bright yellow and very loose fitting Gold's Gym tank top. He was able to stay up for the entire 60 seconds, but it was clear that he was fading as time passed.
At one point, he even shouted, "I'm so fat."
In the end, the veterans showed Jason who's really on top. The veteran who finished in first place ended with 93 push ups. The other two veterans got 83 and 77 respectively.
As for Jason, he got 54,
"I'm taking that," was his reaction to the final number.
It's not bad, but the veterans certainly humbled him during this one.
And he was honored to be next to these guys, especially the one veteran who recorded 93.
"That's unbelievable," Jason simply said.
But he's not wrong.
ESPN got to honor Veterans Day in the best way possible by getting Jason involved and providing everyone with a laugh.
