The only changes from yesterday for the Bengals would've been defensive tackle B.J. Hill (rib) going limited after missing the first two would-be practices (the team held a light practice Tuesday evening). Hill and left tackle Orlando Brown Jr. (knee/fibula) are questionable for Thursday as Brown would've been limited Wednesday as well.

Wide receivers Tee Higgins (quad) and Charlie Jones (groin) would've remained out and are officially doubtful for Thursday. Both players missed last Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles and the expectation should be that they'll miss the game in Baltimore as well.

To soften the blow, rookie wideout Jermaine Burton is expected to play after he was a healthy inactive last week. Burton reportedly missed last Saturday's walkthrough which became the reason for his sidelining. Kendric Pryor was elevated from the practice squad just so the offense could have four receivers active. Burton should be the fourth receiver this week with Higgins and Jones out.

Running back Khalil Herbert, whom the Bengals traded for Tuesday, may also have a role to play immediately. Herbert has returned 34 kickoffs in his four-year career (two this season), so he becomes an option to take Jones' spot while he's out.

Two Ravens have been declared out in tight end Isaiah Likely (hamstring) and defensive lineman Brent Urban (concussion). Cornerback Jayln Armour-Davis (knee) is doubtful.
