The Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills will soon kick off their Week 11 AFC conference showdown in Orchard Park, New York.

After a disastrous showing in Week 10 against the Denver Broncos filling in for starting LT Wanya Morris, the Chiefs are officially scratching rookie OT Kingsley Suamataia. Instead, undrafted rookie OT Ethan Driskell will be the swing tackle for Sunday's game in Buffalo. This is a temporary setback for the second-round draft pick out of BYU, but a major opportunity for Driskell. On the other side of the pond, the Bills will face their own challenges on the offensive line this week.

Chiefs WR JuJu Smith-Schuster is officially active. The last time he played a full game for Kansas City he had seven receptions for 130 yards on eight targets. He's been the only wide receiver besides Rashee Rice to record 100 yards in a single game this season.

Chiefs RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire is a healthy scratch for the fifth consecutive week.

Chiefs DT Marlon Tuipulotu is active for the first time this season.

The Chiefs activated LB Cole Christiansen from the practice squad via standard elevation on Saturday. It's his second consecutive week being elevated to the 53-man roster from the practice squad.

Bills RT Spencer Brown and CB Kaiir Elam are inactive, they both were on the injury report for Buffalo this week. Brown is their starting right tackle, while Elam is a 2022 NFL draft pick, who was taken after the Chiefs swiped Trent McDuffie.
