Georgia Bulldogs fans are still likely basking in the glow of the fresh victory over the Tennessee Vols on Saturday, but Kirby Smart and company seemingly never rest. Less than 12 hours after taking down a top ten ranked SEC opponent Georgia's already logged another huge win, this time off the field.

Early Sunday morning, four star tight end recruit Lincoln Keyes from Saline, Michigan committed to Georgia. Despite spending the vast majority of this year visiting Michigan and Michigan State, Keyes ended up choosing Georgia. Keyes also could have gone to Alabama, Ohio State, Auburn, Texas A&M, or Missouri, but chose the true standard of excellence in the SEC.

Lincoln Keyes has been a bit of a late riser in the recruiting process for the 2026 class, but once all of the major programs got more eyes on him beginning this spring the scholarship offers began flowing in. At 6'6", 220+ pounds, Keyes possesses excellent vertical speed, ball skills to make tough catches, and a lengthy frame with plenty of room to bulk up to find success at tight end in the SEC.

Georgia loves heavily utilizing their tight ends, so it's no wonder Keyes is interested in joining Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs here soon. Both Oscar Delp and Ben Yurosek (two of three top tight ends for Georgia this year) could choose to declare for the NFL Draft this cycle, but even if they return they'll be gone by Keyes arrives in 2026.

Keyes becomes the third recruiting commit in the 2026 Georgia recruiting class so far. He joins four star wide receiver Vance Spafford and high three star cornerback Jontavius Wyman.

Now that Georgia's bounced back from their Ole Miss loss a couple weeks back, let's hope Kirby Smart and his staff continue racking up wins just like this one on the recruiting trail down the stretch this fall.
