It was questionable whether or not Addison would play on Sunday afternoon as he was healing from an ankle injury he suffered during joint practices with the Cleveland Browns. He was limited in practice on Wednesday and Thursday before being removed from the injury report on Friday.

Addison re-aggravated the injury on a screen pass in the third quarter where his ankle got rolled up on when being tackled. It's a big loss for the Vikings offense, but not one that they can't withstand.

Jalen Nailor caught his first touchdown pass of the season on a brilliantly schemed play by head coach Kevin O'Connell. He will step into the role and both Brandon Powell and Trent Sherfield will see more playing time.

Addison finished the game with three catches for 35 yards.
