The Minnesota Vikings are one of the more storied franchises in the National Football League. They have been around since 1961 and already have 15 players, coaches and personnel in the Pro Football Hall of Fame and they have multiple chances to make that happen in the class of 2025.
The NFL released its modern-era list of candidates on Wednesday, and nine former Vikings players made the list of 167 modern-era candidates.

- Terry Allen
- Tony Richardson

- C Matt Birk
Defensive line
- DT Kevin Williams
- DT Pat Williams
Specialists
- K Gary Anderson
- P Darren Bennett
Of these nine players, the most likely players to make the Hall of Fame are Birk Kevin Williams. The Vikings could also see Jim Marshall make the Hall of Fame as a senior member.
The next step will see the committee narrow it down to 50 players in mid-October before it gets narrowed to 25 semifinalists and 15 finalists.
