The New Orleans Saints may have just caught a big break against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.
As we all know, this game is a must-win for the Saints, that is, if they want a chance at the playoffs. There are no more bad games or losing. You have to win this one.
Luckily for the Saints, they are catching the NFL's best team at the perfect time.
The Eagles are not playing like the team we have seen all season long. They are turning the ball over way more than we expect, and their defense has been a bit shaky as they just gave up 40 points to Dallas.
Now, the Saints are catching the Eagles without their MVP candidate quarterback. Well, Hurts is doubtful, and according to Adam Schefter, any player that was doubtful this season didn't end up playing on Sunday.
The Saints have that going for them. Yeah, Minshew is still good, but he is no Hurts. The potential MVP is the best dual-threat quarterback in the league this season, and it isn't close. He is one of the toughest dudes to prepare for.
The Saints just got a big break.
