The Las Vegas Raiders have a player that recently snapped back at a national media sports outlet that he felt like what throwing shade at him, and they were.
Pro Football Focus does this every week. They are a sports media page that will put out posts like the highest graded players in Week 9, or even things like what wide receiver- cornerback matchups to watch.
Well, Amik Robertson made the list.
As you all know, the Jacksonville Jaguars are playing the Raiders on Sunday. They have one of the better slot receivers in the game in Christian Kirk.
Kirk is expected to be matched up against Roberston, which could be a good one.
PFF said that was a mismatch in favor of Kirk, and Roberston had the best response possible.
"MisMatch? YA CRAZY! Bet."
While I do think Kirk is better than Robertson, I wouldn't necessarily say it's a mismatch. The two have been pretty good this year, at times, and have also had some moments where you just wonder where it all went.
But hey, if it makes Roberston play better, then so be it. I guess he will just have to show us it isn't a mismatch.
