The New Orleans Saints did their job by beating the Seahawks in Week 5. They could have gotten some divisional help from a rival.

The Falcons had an outside shot at beating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers late in Sunday's NFC South matchup.

The referees took away any chance of that with a roughing the passer call on Atlanta. The call was questionable – at best.

Grady Jarrett sacked Tom Brady but was flagged for the hit.

It is a call that has increased over the years.

That being said, you cannot throw that flag for that hit in that scenario. The call basically ended any chance of the Falcons getting the ball back with enough time to make a drive downfield to take the lead.

It sealed their fate.

Accordingly, Tampa Bay got another divisional win, and the Saints' climb to get back int o contention for the division got tougher.
