One HC doesn’t want to give the Broncos any help when it comes to fixing the franchise

As all of the Nathaniel Hackett stuff is now behind the Denver Broncos, now they have to find out who their next head coach will be, and there is always one guy this is constantly linked to them.
Eric Bieniemy, the Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator, and from what we hear from Andy Reid, a huge part in why their offense is so good. This is a guy that is in the head coach conversation every year, but never seems to get any chances.
Because if his back ground, a running back for the Colorado Buffaloes in college, he is often linked to the Broncos. A lot of fans would love that hire, because of the success he has had thus far.
I know if there is someone that wouldn’t like that hire, it would be Reid.
"I know what he can do, I’ve said it 100 times and I haven’t changed my opinion on that,” Reid said when asked about Bieniemy and potentially being a head coach.
“I hope he gets an opportunity. I’d rather not have it in Denver, but I hope he gets an opportunity.”
Fair enough.
As we all know, the Chiefs and Broncos have one of the longest standing rivalries in football, and even though the Chiefs have won 14 straight against them, they have one of the more competitive rivalries.
So, it only makes sense he wouldn't want his predecessor to play for the team he probably hates playing the most.
I personally think Bieniemy would be a great head coach in Denver. He was in the area when he attended CU in Boulder, which isn’t far from the city, and he is a great offensive mind, which is what the Broncos need.
There is also a rumor though that Bieniemy isn’t looking for a head coaching job, that is until Reid retires and he takes over on the Chiefs. If that’s true, that is very smart, and who could blame him.
Then again, this ownership group has a lot of money they can throw at a guy like Bieniemy.
I don’t think this is something that would happen, but I would love for it to. Either way, Reid wouldn’t.
