Von Miller asks question a lot of Bills fans don’t want the answer to

Something was off during the Buffalo Bills' win over the Green Bay Packers. It started to get very noticeable late in the game as the clock quickly winded down. After all, that's what NFL teams do when up by three possessions, right?
Only, that's the thing. It wasn't the Bills chewing the clock it was… the Packers?
For some reason, Matt LaFleur's team insisted on the run despite being down on the scoreboard all night. Can you blame them? There really was nothing going for the Packers in the passing game.
Already shorthanded on offense heading into the game, wide receiver Christian Watson being ruled out didn't help either. Even still, it's just odd how Green Bay approached the game.
It's not every day you see an NFL team has the same number of handoffs as it does pass attempts when it never had a lead. Heck, other than the opening 0-0 score, the game wasn't tied at any point. For most of the game, they trailed by at least two possessions.
As talented as the Bills are, having Aaron Rodgers at quarterback should be enough to make you throw the football and try to stay in the game. It kind of felt like the Packers gave up.
Even Bills' superstar Von Miller had the same question. Weirded out by the whole thing, he approached Rodgers to ask him about it.
"I was just asking him why don't they drop back and pass the ball a little bit more," said Miller in a postgame interview with Stacey Dales from NFL Network. "I was taken aback a little bit."
Now, the Bills' pass rusher didn't ask that because he was hoping for a competitive game. It was more about selfish reasons for him.
"They just kept running the ball and running the ball. I'm looking at the scoreboard and we're up by 17 points," added Miller. "Of course, I want to get sacks and want pass rush opportunities."
"I had to ask him why are they not passing the ball?"
Surely, Bills fans don't care about the answer. After all, Buffalo can't control what plays are called on the opposite sideline. But they control how they perform against them and the results couldn't have been better for the home team.
Sure, they allowed plenty of rushing yards but that will happen when you're intentionally prioritizing not giving up big passing plays to hold on to the lead. The Bills still have one of the best defensive fronts in the league and one of the best-ranked rush defenses.
And as they showed once more on Sunday Night, they're the best team in football. It might not even be close at this point.
