The Denver Broncos are in the news on Tuesday, and I'm sure the report almost made fans feel a whole lot better about their season.

I think we can all agree this season is a wash, and Russell Wilson hasn't been good. However, let me ask something.

Would it make you feel better if you had, I don't know, Lamar Jackson instead of Wilson?

I would feel better for sure.

According to Tom Pelissero, the Broncos got Jackson on Tuesday. No, of course it wasn't the Lamar Jackson we know from the Ravens, but they do have the same name and that is how he presented the tweet.

Instead, they got a defensive back who played for the Chicago Bears for three seasons, and started six games in 2020.

I'm sure Ravens fans were having a heart attack while Broncos fans were getting excited, but as we all know, there is no way Denver could get Jackson, of the Ravens of course.

To make it even cooler, the Broncos are playing the Ravens and Lamar Jackson in Week 13.
