If you thought the Denver Broncos' ugly 12-9 loss to the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday night couldn't get any worse, well, you're wrong.
Because it did get worse.
According to ESPN's Jeff Legwold, Broncos left tackle Garett Bolles suffered a fractured lower right leg in the loss to Indianapolis.

Bolles will undergo an MRI and other exams Friday morning to see if he will need surgery to repair the injury and determine how much time he might miss.
Legwold noted that Denver team officials felt immediately after the game like a two-month absence might be the best-case scenario for Bolles, who has only missed four games since coming into the league in 2016.
This is obviously a major loss for the Broncos. Losing a starting offensive tackle is never ideal. And with the way Denver's offense has been playing this season (not good…not good at all), the last thing they needed was to lose a key offensive lineman for possibly two months.
A tough season for the Broncos essentially gets tougher.
