During the Denver Broncos game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, a scary sight happened. We saw a player go down, and it didn't look good.

On Monday, the Broncos' first-year head coach provided us with an update on what looked like Russell Wilson being knocked unconscious against the Chiefs.

Hackett said Wilson "felt great today. When we saw him, he looked great, but we want to be sure that we do everything the right way.”

With barely any time going off of the clock in the fourth quarter, Wilson scrambled out of the pocket on a third and 11 to pick up the first down. Wilson put his body on the line to get that first down, and unfortunately, his head hit the ground very hard.

There is no doubt in my mind that for a minute there, Wilson was unconscious.

He then tried to go back into the huddle and play, but of course, the team did not let him.

Wilson is now in concussion protocol, and there is a huge chance he could be out against the Cardinals in Week 15.
