The New Orleans Saints have a tough task this weekend.

They need to beat one of the best teams in the NFL. The Philadelphia Eagles are no easy opponent nowadays, and the Saints must get this victory to stay alive in the postseason race.

That situation may have gotten a bit tougher for New Orleans. They have been one of the most penalized teams in the league this season. Although, the Saints have played cleaner games as of late.

Regardless, they'll have a penalty-heavy officiating crew this weekend.

Jerome Boger's crew will work the Saints-Eagles matchup in Week 17.

Boger is known around the NFL.

Fans aren't huge fans of his officiating crew. In the league, you normally don't want fans and media members to mention your name too often. That probably means that you're catching flack on a consistent basis.

That's how it is for Boger and company.

They consistently get a lot of attention for throwing too many flags. For the Saints, that will only mean that they have to be crisp this weekend.

Mistakes have to be at a season-low if they want to upset one of the best teams in football.

Under Dennis Allen, the Saints have shown to commit some back-breaking penalties. New Orleans must avoid that with Boger's crew in attendance this week.
