The Las Vegas Raiders got a massive win this past Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers.

The Raiders are right back in the playoff hunt.

An individual player got back in the winning column, too. He's new to the Raiders, but he isn't new to performances like he had on Sunday.

Veteran pass rusher Chandler Jones had a breakout game for Las Vegas. Jones has had a really quiet season after signing a multi-year deal in the off-season. That changed big-time against the Chargers.

He is coming along right when the Raiders need it the most.

Now, Jones must continue this production. The depth behind he and Maxx Crosby on the edge isn't great. They lack experience, and the secondary is inconsistent.

That being said, they are getting a bit healthier on defense, so that should help them as well.

The Raiders still have a shot at the postseason. Jones will be a key piece for that. He garnered an NFL honor this week with his impressive showing, too.

Jones is Week 13's defensive player of the week.

Fans have been waiting for this player to have this type of game.

Everyone knows how talented Jones is. Just look at his production over the past few seasons. That didn't disappear in a singular off-season.

It will be intriguing to watch how Jones continues to progress in the Raiders' system.

Keep an eye on him. This award was really deserved after last week's game.
