The Denver Broncos made some transactions on Monday in order to get their roster size down to the league maximum. One of those moves was cutting wide receiver Trey Quinn.
Quinn had showed some solid flashes in the preseason. He also provided special teams value. Quinn led the Broncos in receiving against the Bills this past weekend. He caught five passes for 47 yards and returned one kick for eighteen yards.
The 26-year-old may be retained on the practice squad down the road or get picked up by another team soon.
