Injuries have decimated the season for the Denver Broncos.

It seems like they just cannot catch a break, and that's been the case all year. From massive wipeouts on the offensive line to breakdowns in depth on defense, all of it has hurt them plenty.

Of course, they need more from Russell Wilson and the offense. Coaching needs to improve, and they hope that they took a step in that direction with the firing of Nathaniel Hackett.

Regardless, Denver just suffered another rough hit on offense.

The Broncos are placing tight end Greg Dulcich on injured reserve. He will not return this season.

Dulcich has been one of the few bright spots on offense this season.

The rookie TE hasn't been ultra-productive, but his touches have been impressive. His athleticism is undeniable, and he has a great connection with Russell Wilson. His future is bright in Denver.

The Broncos need to take a step forward with the young tight end next season. He certainly needs more targets. Only time will tell if he'll get them, though.

The next play caller for the Broncos must use him correctly as well as wide receiver Jerry Jeudy and Courtland Sutton. There's too much talent on their offensive depth chart to not take advantage in 2023.

Dulcich will be an important piece of that, and hopefully, his recovery goes smoothly.
