The Denver Broncos are becoming familiar with an old friend in 2022 after their recent loss to their division rival the Las Vegas Raiders. That old friend, the injury bug.

We have talked about this so much, but it always seems to end up making yet another appearance, each and every season. They [injury bug] are like that one friend that only comes around when they need something. In this case, they need the Broncos to be worse.

As if the broncos weren't already struggling this year, the injury bug had to strike them again.

Let's go over just a few of the major injuries the Broncos have had this year.

In training camp, starting receiver Tim Patrick tore his ACL. Then, we of course had Justin Simmons, one of the best safeties in the league, dealing with a quad issue and has already missed some time.

Barron Browning dealt with an injury. P.J. Locke, and Billy Turner, have and will miss time. And of course, Javonte Williams with a torn ACL, PCL, and LCL, and is out for the season.

Then, when we thought the day couldn't worse, the Broncos' starting defensive end Randy Gregory will miss time due to a knee issue.

Nothing seems to be going right for the Broncos. Like, at all. Hopefully, the team can get healthy after this Thursday Night Football game, as they will have a longer break.
