ESPN accidentally predicts Chiefs to make more history in 2022

There have been a lot of questions regarding how the Kansas City Chiefs will look in 2022.
And not all of them have been geared toward the offense living life without Tyreek Hill. The pass rush, the secondary, the linebackers, even the running backs and offensive line have all faced their fair share of questions over the last few months.
These questions, along with a vastly improved AFC West, have many wondering if the Chiefs can extend their historical six-year AFC West winning streak to seven years in 2022.
Well, ESPN's Bill Barnwell believes they can, but it appears to be more subconscious than it is conscious. He recently wrote a column listing five teams he thinks will lose more games in 2022 than they won in 2021 and the Chiefs didn't make the list.
So, that implies the Chiefs will win 12 games -or more- just as they did last year.
The AFC West is going to be very good and it's going to be good enough to the point where each team should lose to each other at least once – if it's as advertised, of course. There's a good chance they'll lose to other teams, too. All four teams are in the bottom-half of the league when it comes to strength of schedule based off projected win totals.
And, one of the teams that Barnwell has losing more games than last year is the Las Vegas Raiders, who also have the third-hardest strength of schedule based off projected win totals.
Winning 12 games in this stacked AFC West should be more than enough to win the division. A seventh-straight division title tacks another year onto the Chiefs' record-setting six straight titles and will only further the legacy that Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid are building.
And out of the four teams in the AFCW, the Chiefs certainly have the best shot at hitting that mark.
