The Kansas City Chiefs have the best quarterback in the world. Heck, they may have the most talented QB to grace an NFL field. He just won his third Super Bowl with the franchise.

What would Patrick Mahomes be doing for work if he wasn't a quarterback in the NFL?

Mahomes says that he would be an esports player if he was not in the NFL. His favorite game is Call of Duty. 

Accordingly, Mahomes would have probably strived to be a professional Call of Duty player. There are 12 professional teams for the title. They all reside in the Call of Duty League. 

The league has franchises from an assortment of major North American cities, including Boston, Dallas, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Toronto. OpTic and FaZe are two of the biggest brands in esports. Each of them have a CDL squad.

Of course, Chiefs fans are glad that Mahomes chose the field rather than the gaming chair. He's led KC to three Super Bowl titles, including back-to-back Lombardi trophies in the past two years. 

Regardless, during the next time you load up Call of Duty, consider the idea that you may game against the legendary QB during his free time.
