ESPN's NFL draft guru Mel Kiper Jr. rattled off his top sleepers for the 2024 NFL Draft this week and named Georgia Bulldogs wide receiver Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint as one of them.

Kiper highlighted Rosemy-Jacksaint's wingspan and the tremendous improvement he made in one year at Georgia as reasons why the Bulldog product could be a higher draft prospect than some might think.

"I like guys with length and a big catch radius. Guys who can go get the football. Guys who you think are covered but are really not. And that’s Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint out of Georgia," Kiper Jr. said about Rosemy-Jacksaint on ESPN's First Draft. "He’s a kid that’s 6’1 about 205 with long arms. But the arm length is very important because he gets that edge over those cornerbacks.

“I like guys who have improved. Remember, he came out of St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Florida.  He had that bad ankle injury against Florida back in 2020. 2022, he averages 11.6 a catch. He upgrades that, improves that, was almost 16 yards a catch this past year with four touchdowns. The big-play ability and the big catches he made in traffic. Go back to games against South Carolina, Kentucky and Tennessee, he was outstanding. The length, hands, catch radius, the tough catches in traffic across the middle of the field is what really caught my eye; the consistency as well. This is a guy who is going to get better and better."

Kiper locked in Rosemy-Jacksaint as a late Day 2 or early Day 3 draft pick.

“We saw that improvement," Kiper added. "I like what I saw going from 2022 to 2023 and going up in the average per catch. Being a guy who would go into traffic and make that catch other guys shy away from. Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint did not. I think the best football has yet to come, and when you’re that size with that wingspan, that’s going to be critical against cornerbacks in the National Football League. … I like this kid a lot.”

Rosemy-Jacksaint logged 29 catches for 337 yards and two touchdowns during his junior year at Georgia. Even with superstar tight end Brock Bowers on the same roster, he managed to carve out a better senior season with the Bulldogs and finished reeling in 34 passes for 535 yards and four touchdowns, which was best for third on the team.

Rosemy-Jacksaint was also a standout at the Senior Bowl earlier this month and will have the opportunity to increase his draft stock further during the NFL Scouting Combine in two weeks.
