The Las Vegas Raiders may have a huge issue on their hands. They are currently searching for a new head coach and general manager. But, they must first go through every interview and option to make sure that they make the perfect decisions. Because, let's be honest, they have gotten the last few wrongs.

You can make the argument that hiring Jon Gruden may not have been the wrong decision in terms of his coaching, but I would rebuttal that Gruden also drafted the players on the team, and there are a lot of those guys who are no longer in the league or are staying on practice squads, even as high picks.

But the major vote is Antonio Pierce, the interim head coach. The players want him, and most of the fans do. Maxx Crosby and Davante Adams have given their case for Pierce as head coach, and now Crosby is kind of giving the team an ultimatum. Well, he's "drawing a line in the sand."

According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, he is being told that Maxx Crosby wants Antonio Pierce hired and that Crosby is drawing a line in the sand.

Rapoport quoted Crosby's tweet saying, "#HireAP."

If you ask me, this is not true. We know Crosby, and he is not the type of guy to say, "hire this guy, or I'm out." He wants Antonio Pierce, sure, but no matter who the Raiders hire, he will get behind them and play his best football.
