The Kansas City Chiefs hosted the Miami Dolphins at Arrowhead Stadium for their wildcard-round playoff matchup.

And the talk all week ahead of the matchup was the temperature expected to be below zero with a warm-weathered Dolphin team coming to Kansas City. And during the game an image of Chiefs head coach Andy Reid perfectly displayed just how cold it was.

Multiple images have been shared from the game of drinks freezing the moment they leave the fridge, but seeing literal icicles on Reid's mustache was a first for me and many others. And it was a perfect visual representation of the coldest game in the history of Arrowhead Stadium.

The cold weather did seem to hinder the Dolphins offense as they just couldn't get anything going in this one. The Chiefs used that to their advantage and pulled out a 26 to 7 victory to send them into the divisional round.

They will either be heading to Buffalo to take on the Buffalo Bills or hosting the Houston Texans, depending on the results of the Bills wildcard matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers. If they do get to host the Texans next week, they will again face a team not used to the cold weather that Kansas City has this time of year.
