A few days ago, the Las Vegas Raiders hired Kliff Kingsbury, the former Arizona Cardinals head coach, as their offensive coordinator. He is known for his air raid system, as well as coaching Patrick Mahomes at Texas Tech.
But, things fell through. He ended up withdrawing his name from their job, and is now a candidate for the Washington Commanders job, who may go and draft a quarterback in the 2024 NFL Draft.

According to Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated, the Raiders are working on a deal to hire Luke Getsy, the former OC of the Chicago Bears, as their offensive coordinator.
Getsy led the Bears to the league's best-rushing yards per game in 2022. Now, the Raiders have other positions to fill out on the offensive staff.
