The Las Vegas Raiders are making changes to their staff for the 2023 season, but this time, it's not the coaching staff.
After a weird debacle with Kliff Kingsbury, who was supposed to become the Raiders' new offensive coordinator, the Raiders have worked out a deal for Luke Getsy to become the next offensive coordinator.
They have signed several people to their new coaching staff but have also made some changes in the front office.
According to a few on Twitter, the Raiders and their Senior VP of Football Operations, Tom Jones, have parted ways. The Senior VP of Football Operations is in charge of making sure all football matters are run smoothly.
So, now that will be another position the Raiders have to fill in this offseason.
