The Las Vegas Raiders are known for being an organization that treats former and current players like royalty. That is a huge reason people want to play for the franchise. Well, and who doesn't want to rock the silver and black?

Now we are getting more examples, though, of exactly that. Even if you played for the Raiders for a few games in one season – the motto "Once a Raider, always a Raider" still sticks. The franchise takes pride in how it treats alums and players.

Recently, a guy who had just become a part of the Raiders in Jack Jones expressed his love for the franchise and how it's so much different from his former team, the New England Patriots. In a way, he was certainly shooting shots at his former team for the way they treated him.

I love the Raiders media team (100 emoji) patriots use to tell me leave the locker room early don't shower or none just leave (cold emoji) world..

Now, we don't know if any of that is true, but I can certainly vouch that the Raiders' media team is nice. In terms of the Raiders being better, I do not know, and I will not throw shade at the Patriots' media team.

However, this is coming from somewhere; it's not like Jones just made that up. With the way the team has embraced him since he's been in Las Vegas, I don't see him ever getting treated that way there.

He is already very loved by the fan base, too, and is a Raider through and through.
