The Las Vegas Raiders just hired Antonio Pierce as their full-time head coach for 2024 and potentially beyond. Now, they still need a new GM, or the same one, but that news could happen any moment though.
As for what's next, Antonio Pierce has to fill out his offensive staff, as the defense will likely be the same, considering they were a top-10 unit.
According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, Pierce will keep Tom Coughlin and Marvin Lewis, who helped him get the interim job. Now, though, the two, especially Lewis, will have a more prominent role on the staff in 2024.
As for those two, the Raiders will have almost an entirely new staff in 2024 on the offensive side of the ball.
According to Pro Football History, Lewis was the Cincinnati Bengals' head coach from 2003 to 2018. Tom Coughlin has also been a head coach with the Jacksonville Jaguars and New York Giants.
