Tennessee QB Joe Milton is never one to lack in style. The Vols' senior signal-caller is as sharp-dressed as they come among the Volunteers.
It seems he's recently added a new shirt to his ensemble, and this time it's in full support of the man who's helping him to a successful senior season in Knoxville.
Milton was featured on Bru McCoy's Instagram account wearing a shirt that features his own head coach, Josh Heupel, when the latter was still in his playing days.

Heupel has the pedigree that a college quarterback like Heupel can look up to. He led the 2000 Oklahoma Sooners to a 13-0 record and a national championship. He finished a close second in the Heisman Trophy voting that year to eventual winner Chris Weinke of FSU.
Heupel appears in a Miami Dolphins uniform in the photo, although the Dolphins and NFL logos have been removed on the image. That's fitting, as Heupel was drafted by the Dolphins in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Shoulder tendonitis ultimately limited his chances in the NFL, and Heupel was out of the NFL after failing to catch on with the Dolphins in 2001 and the Green Bay Packers in 2002.
However, Heupel has obviously left a mark on his star quarterback, as Milton's level of play has been steadily improving throughout the season. And it seems as though Heupel has earned the respect of his star quarterback along the way.
That's never a bad thing.
