Emotions are running high for the New York Giants. They currently trail the Dallas Cowboys, 28-0, at halftime.
For star running back Saquon Barkley, it is clear that he and his teammates are frustrated with the struggles for New York.
According to the FOX broadcast, Barkley had an animated discussion with head coach Brian Daboll after a questionable fourth-down play call on offense.
As Tom Rinaldi said, the receiver corps was frustrated, too. The play call was predictable, and New York simply isn't executing anything correctly.
The Giants are dealing with a plethora of injuries, too.
They're without starting QB Daniel Jones and backup QB Tyrod Taylor. The offensive line is horrifically banged-up right now. The defense has had a handful of injuries on the back end as well.
Overall, nothing is going their way for the Giants this season. They currently are projected to pick in the top five of the 2024 NFL Draft.
There's no doubt that Barkley and company are not happy with the losses mounting for the Giants.
