The Kansas City Chiefs are set to face the Denver Broncos in Week 8 of the 2023 NFL season.

First snow game of 2023?
Football weather is here.
According to the latest weather forecast from the National Weather Service, the forecast on Sunday calls for a high of 29 degrees and a low of 13. There will be upward of 6-14 inches of snow on the ground, but only flurries are expected during the game.
Typically, winter weather conditions mean a greater focus on the ground game and the trenches. Patrick Mahomes might have something to say about that, though. He considers himself a "Snow Game Guy."
3 players to keep an eye on:
RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire: With Jerick McKinnon missing a practice session in the middle of the week, this could be the perfect opportunity to have a showcase game for CEH. Yes, there has been a palpable difference in success when he's on the field. While the Chiefs aren't actively shopping Edwards-Helaire, I'm told they'd listen if a team inquired.
WR Mecole Hardman: Speaking of trades, Week 7 was as if Hardman had never left. He made plays on offense and special teams with just 20 snaps in his return to the team. Expect his role to continue to increase as he gets more comfortable in practice with each passing week.
S Mike Edwards: No. 21 was known as a ballhawk coming out of Tampa Bay, but he's been coming on in recent weeks and getting his hands on the football. Steve Spagnuolo is trying to find more and more ways to get Edwards on the field. It feels like it's only a matter of time before he notches his second interception of the year.
