The Dolphins got a huge boost in the secondary, but the news wasn't all good in the inactives report.
CB Jalen Ramsey is active, but two starters are out in the Dolphins' secondary.
CB Xavien Howard will miss his second straight game with a groin injury. S Jevon Holland is also out, as he has not yet cleared concussion protocol. Two huge presences in the Dolphins' pass defense will be missing.
In other (better) news, C Connor Williams is active as expected, as is RB Raheem Mostert. Whether Williams starts and how much he plays remains to be seen.
