The Cincinnati Bengals have released their inactive players list for their Week 8 game against the San Francisco 49ers
The following players will not suit up for the Bengals today:
- OT Jackson Carman
- LB Akeem Davis-Gaither
- G Trey Hill
- CB DJ Ivey
After placing rookie running back Chase Brown on the Reserve/Injured list Saturday, the Bengals currently have just 52 players on their active roster. Since they have eight offensive linemen dressing, they can have 48 players active for today's game, therefore only having four inactive players.
Davis-Gaither, who's still recovering from a knee injury, is the lone injured player listed above. Carman, Hill, and Ivey are all healthy scratches.
Ivey not dressing for the defense also means that all 10 defensive linemen for Cincinnati are set to play today against the 49ers' potent rushing offense led by Christian McCaffrey.
Bengals’ long nightmare is now reportedly over
Now it’s time to play ball.
