The Dallas Cowboys are expected to have Tyron Smith and Chuma Edoga ready to go on Sunday versus the Philadelphia Eagles, per CBS' Josina Anderson.
Both offensive tackles were listed as questionable on the team's final injury report. Tyron Smith missed last week's game against the L.A. Rams with a neck issue and Chuma Edoga suffered a low-ankle sprain in the same game.
With Smith ready to go, the Cowboys offense should be at 100% for the pivotal NFC East showdown. Dak Prescott could certainly use his presence protecting his blind side in a game where Mike McCarthy should lean on the passing game.
The Eagles enter this game as one of the best defensive fronts in the league with Haason Reddick and Josh Sweat dominating the edges. It won't be an easy matchup in the trenches. But when Smith plays, he's still one of the best in the NFL at left tackle, so it'll certainly be a back-and-forth war.
Smith and Edoga were the only two names listed on the Cowboys' injury report, which means the inactive will likely be made up of healthy scratches only. The coaching staff will have to pick only six players to leave out of the contest since they only elevated one player (LB Rashaan Evans) from the practice squad for this one.
The Cowboys are three-point underdogs and could shift the dynamics of the NFC East and the conference with a win over Philly. Especially with the Eagles entering their toughest stretch of the season and this being a road game for Dallas, it's a prime opportunity to become the favorite to win the division.
