One of the best players on the football field is All-Pro LB Matt Milano. Milano's dominance is evident as he's been ranked one of the very best LBs in all of football. He can turn any play into a negative one for the offense.
With that being said, Milano got his flowers from Commanders OC Eric Bieniemy before the contest. The offensive coordinator has gone viral with what he had to say about the superstar linebacker.
He started with a bang, "First off, let me give Mr. Milano his flowers. He is a beast, I am a fan of his." He continued, "I can't speak enough volumes for him because first of all he probably doesn't get the respect he should. He flies all over, he makes a number of tackles throughout the course of the game. On top of that, he can cover."
Bieniemy went on to praise McDermott and Frazier for what they were able to create in Buffalo, specifically on defense and what role Milano plays in that defense, "In that scheme, he's just a key integral part in what they do."
Furthering on how Milano is dominant, and giving him his flowers once again, Bieniemy continued, "I understand the position that kid is playing and all the accountability that falls on his shoulders. So I am a huge fan of Mr. Milano and they need to give him his respect because he's just a hell of a player."
To wrap it up, Bieniemy was specific on what he loves so much about the superstar LB, "I love what he brings to the table, he's a guy that plays hard… He's a physical player in the run game. On top of that, he can cover… He's going to find a way to make a play."
You don't always hear an offensive coordinator gush over an LB like this, we'd be willing to bet dollars to donuts that he's trying to get Milano away from the football with whatever scheme he's drawing up.
We completely agree with Bieniemy, Milano is a beast and we love him too.
