The Cincinnati Bengals have released their inactive players list for Week 1's game against the Baltimore Ravens.
The following players will not suit up for the Bengals today:
- T Jackson Carman
- RB Chris Evans
- G Trey Hill
- CB DJ Ivey
- ED Joseph Ossai
The only switch up from last week is Evans (hamstring) is out, and rookie running back Chase Brown will take his place in his first-ever regular season game. Evans was already declared out earlier this morning.
Brown may not see much of the field during his official debut, but the Bengals typically activate three running backs on game days and he'll be the No. 3 today. Evans' absence will also mean Charlie Jones or Trayveon Williams will handle kickoff return duties in his place.
Ossai (ankle) is the only other injured Bengal not playing this week. He was limited at practice all week and will have to wait another eight days to potentially make his season debut. He originally suffered his ankle injury on August 26.
Hill, Ivey, and Carman aren't expected to play anytime soon unless injuries occur at their respective positions.
