New Orleans Saints backup QB Jameis Winston has never lost his locker room. Everyone knows that he is a natural leader and great teammate.

Players, both in college and the NFL, have discussed this about Winston in the past. After the Saints' victory against the Carolina Panthers in Week 2, the QB proved his fantastic leadership once again.

In a video posted by ESPN, Winston was seen waiting for every teammate and staff member before entering the locker room.

Winston may not be their starting quarterback, but he is still making his own unique impact on the Saints. Not to mention, he is one of the most talented backups in the entire league for New Orleans.

Cameron Jordan chimed in to support Winston's actions on social media as well. His statement was strong.

Winston continues to play a positive role for the Saints without touching the field on game day so far this season.
