The Miami Dolphins' high-octane offense has been very hard to stop this year.  It will be even more difficult for the Buffalo Bills to slow them down now.

Bills S Jordan Poyer is out for Sunday with a knee injury.

Poyer is one of the best and most experienced defenders on the Bills' defense, where the 11-year veteran has had a career renaissance.  He earned first-team All-Pro honors in 2021 and made the Pro Bowl last season.  He and Micah Hyde have combined to provide one of the best safety duos in the league.

However, now the Bills will have to try to contain Miami's elite downfield passing attack with one hand tied behind its back.  And to make matters worse for the Bills, the Dolphins will be getting WR Jaylen Waddle back after he was cleared from concussion protocol.

If the Bills can't manage to account for Poyer's absence, then the good times very well could continue to roll for the Dolphins this weekend in western New York.
