The Minnesota Vikings will travel to Carolina in Week 4 to take on the Panthers in a battle of winless teams.
The Vikings are coming off a heartbreaking 28-24 loss in Week 3 against the Chargers. Kirk Cousins again had a big day through the air, but poor defense and costly turnovers proved too much to overcome.
The Panthers' rookie QB Bryce Young missed last week, but all indications are the young signal-caller will start in Week 4.

Can the defense contain Bryce Young?
The rookie Young has played in two NFL games and has yet to throw multiple touchdown passes in a game. Young had 146 yards, 1 TD, and 2 INTs in the opener against the Falcons. In Week 2 against the Saints, Young had 153 yards and 1 TD.
Young is a rookie and rookie QBs are known to struggle for a while before getting accustomed to the league. The Vikings simply cannot allow this game to be Young's coming out party. The Vikings have the No. 25 passing defense thus far, allowing 261.7 yards per game through the air.
Getting shredded by a rookie QB would be a new low for the Viking defense.
3 players to watch
RB Alexander Mattison- Only five teams are allowing more yards on the ground than the Panthers. This should be the perfect opportunity for Mattison to build off of his best game of the season last week. Expect Mattison to be heavily involved in the game plan.
G Dalton Risner- Risner is expected to make his Vikings' debut on Sunday. The veteran guard was added before Week 3 and should immediately improve the line. It will be interesting to see how the pass protection performs against Carolina with the addition of Risner.
CB Byron Murphy Jr.- Murphy was absolutely shredded in Week 3. The veteran corner allowed 10 catches for 185 yards against the Chargers. It will be interesting to see how Murphy bounces back in this game. The Carolina passing attack is not scary, so Murphy should be able to improve his grade.
