Yes, just about every week, the superstar quarterback is put under a microscope by national media as they point at the number of interceptions he has thrown before metaphorically pointing and laughing.
Rather than acknowledging the fact that No. 17 leads the NFL in total touchdowns, both this season and overall since his arrival in the league, or the incredible plays he makes week in and week out, all that gets talked about is turnovers.
One prominent personality, though, has had enough of it.
Speaking on Get Up, ESPN's Mike Greenberg went off on the constant ridicule thrown the way of the Bills' quarterback.
"I'm aiming this at my favorite people in the world-the staff of this show," Greenberg said. "The team that puts together this show… Jordan Love, how many touchdowns is he going to throw? Tyreek Hill, how many yards? Josh Allen. How many turnovers? What a disrespectful question for us to be asking about a guy who is playing, I'm going to say it, better than anyone in this league."
The former Mike & Mike host was far from finished with his defense of the Bills' signal caller.
"There were 106 players in uniform for [Eagles vs. Bills]. Of them, by far the one who played the best was Josh Allen. We focus more on the one bad play Josh Allen makes every week than the 60 that almost no one else in history possibly could. His team would be so bad if they didn't ask him to do absolutely everything. He is the most unfairly judged player in the NFL."
The Bills will travel to Kansas City this Sunday to face the Chiefs, as they hope to keep their playoff hopes alive. Buffalo has won their last two regular season games in Kansas City.
