Week 13's sideline incident between Philadelphia Eagles security guard Dom DiSandro and San Francisco 49ers' linebacker Dre Greenlaw resulted in the NFL sending out a league-wide memo on Wednesday.

The NFL memo specifically called out non-players to remind them that they are prohibited from "making physical contact with, taunting or directing abusive or insulting language toward opposing players, game officials, or others involved in a game."

The memo also pointed out that in the case of an altercation, non-players need to leave the situation in the hands of the officials and coaches.

Furthermore, the memo stated that the league has made these rules in the past, sending similar memos back in September and October.

The memo wrapped up by saying, "Please ensure that all members of your game-day staff understand that their role does not extend to being involved with game day altercations and that they must refrain from such involvement.”

It's obvious that this NFL memo was intended for the Eagles and Big Dom.

What happens next remains to be seen, however, Greenlaw is expected to receiver a fine, and future punishment for DiSandro is rumored to take place.
