Kansas City Chiefs TE Travis Kelce is no stranger to owning pieces of franchise history, but the latest milestone claimed is a little bit different from all of the rest.
With three catches for 63 yards in the first half against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 12, Kelce now has over 11,000 career receiving yards. It took him 154 games to hit that mark, which makes him the fastest tight end in NFL history to reach 11,000 receiving yards. He's also the 17th fastest player regardless of position to reach the 11,000 receiving yards mark. He's the fourth tight end to ever reach the 11,000 receiving yards mark.
The most impressive feat is that Kelce is the only player in franchise history with 11,000 career receiving yards.

This has hardly been Kelce's best season as he's battled injuries and a lot of defensive attention throughout the year. Yet, he continues to barrel his way toward recognition as the best offensive player in franchise history. He already surpassed Tony Gonzalez for the most receiving yards in franchise history earlier this season. He's on a collision course for an eventual spot in Canton, Ohio with his continued incredible statistical achievements.
