Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith was spotted leaving Financial Field in a walking boot on his right foot and using crutches as extra support following Sunday's 35-31 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. 

NFL Network's Omar Ruiz shared a photo: 

Smith was injured on a play during the fourth quarter where he served as the lead blocker for running back Kenneth Gainwell. 

He struggled to put weight on his right foot and took a trip to the blue tent before heading to the locker room.

Smith finished the day catching three of five targets for 30 yards.
