The Cincinnati Bengals have released their inactive players list for their Week 18 game against the Cleveland Browns.
The following players will not suit up for the Bengals tonight:
- CB Chidobe Awuzie
- DT Travis Bell
- RB Chris Evans
- WR Tee Higgins
- OL Trey Hill
- OL D'Ante Smith
- TE Irv Smith Jr.
As expected, Higgins (hamstring) will not play after not being able to practice all week. He was listed as doubtful on the injury report. Higgins has now played his last game on his rookie contract, and the club will have to decide whether or not to retain him this offseason via the franchise tag, or a long-term contract.
Awuzie (shoulder) was also listed on the injury report, though he was questionable after missing Friday's practice. Awuzie's contract is also set to expire, and he may've played his last game in Cincinnati.
Smith Jr. is also a free agent and is a healthy scratch for the second time in the last few weeks.
