Observations:

The Pittsburgh Steelers have been bringing rookie CB Darius Rush up to speed at a slow rate, even after signing him to the active roster off the Kansas City Chiefs practice squad.

That being said, Rush was yet to be active for a game, and following a busy week in the secondary when it comes to injuries, he told reporters he anticipates to play and make his Steelers debut vs. the Jacksonville Jaguars.

That is now official.
