For the first time ever, the Philadelphia Eagles fell to the New York Jets on Sunday evening.
And while it was an overall disappointing evening for the Eagles who entered the matchup undefeated, there was still something to celebrate–thanks to wide receiver A.J. Brown.
Brown became the first Eagles player in franchise history with 125-plus receiving yards in four straight games, which is also the longest active streak in the NFL.
The Eagles' top wideout finished the 20-14 loss to New York catching seven passes from quarterback Jalen Hurts for a whopping total of 131 yards.
His final catch of the day that set him over the top was a 36-yard grab that was challenged by Jets' head coach Robert Saleh.
In total over the last four outings, Brown has logged 42 catches for 564 yards and two scores.
It's worth noting that Brown accomplished this feat while wearing his pink cleats so that his daughter was able to easily spot him on the field.
The Eagles are now 5-1 and there are no longer any undefeated teams left in the league after the San Francisco 49ers blew their win streak to the Cleveland Browns.
