The Miami Dolphins will have a key part of their offense back on Sunday.
Connor Williams is active for the team's tilt against the Giants. He will assume is regular starting role at center.
Williams was inactive against Buffalo last week, and his replacement Liam Eichenberg struggled mightily. Now the Dolphins will have one of their anchors back to help try to contain the Giants defensive line duo of Dexter Lawrence II and Leonard Williams.
The Dolphins will be down a key starter in OLB Jaelan Phillips, who will be missing his second straight game with an oblique injury and his third game of the season. Andrew Van Ginkel will get the chance again to keep his hot start to the season going in his place.
Chase Claypool, acquired by the Dolphins this week, is inactive, which isn't a huge surprise given the minimal amount of time he's been with the team.
