A few years back I interviewed a surgeon about Todd Gurley's ACL before the draft that year. The one thing he said that stuck out to me more than anything is that when you tear your ACL, you're more likely to tear the the other side again than you are to tear the one you just tore. That's what happened to Detroit Lions cornerback Emmanuel Mosely

Moseley tore his left ACL with the 49ers in 2022 and on Sunday he tore his right one. He only got to play two snaps this entire season.

It's just a very sad story. This guy worked really hard to make it back to the NFL this year. He went through all the trials and tribulations of missing camp to rehab the injury and then coming back and injuring his hamstring and then finally making it to the field and two snaps later, his career is in jeopardy.

Moseley will immediately move to injured reserve and we'll see where things go from there. Being that Moseley is only on a one year deal with the Lions, those two snaps might be the only two snaps that he ever plays for the Lions. You have to feel just horrible for the guy.
