Cleveland Browns are 2-2 to start the season and while it’s not a place they didn’t see themselves, it’s how they got there that becomes a bit alarming.
The Browns lost 14-13 to the Pittsburgh Steelers in a game they had no business losing. In Week 4, the Browns were blown out by the Baltimore Ravens. It is the offense that has major concern through the first few weeks of the season.
With that being said, the Browns have a 41.8 percent chance to make the playoffs, according to ESPN’s NFL Power Football Index.
They give the Browns a 17 percent chance to win the AFC North and a 16 percent chance to make it to the divisional round of the NFL playoffs. Continuing the Browns have a 4.3 percent chance of making the conference championship and a 1.2 percent chance to make the Super Bowl.
Cleveland takes on the San Francisco 49ers next in Week 6 who have the best chance to make the Super Bowl at 54 percent.
The Browns have a favorable schedule on paper after the 49ers game but the results will have to play out by itself. In the NFL, results matter the most and anything can happen any given week.
Browns likely wont face rookie QB Anthony Richardson for the Colts in Week 7
Cleveland won’t have to worry about the rookie.
