The Philadelphia Eagles' Week 5 road matchup against the Los Angeles Rams just got a bit tougher, thanks to the latest news on All-Pro wide receiver Cooper Kupp.

According to Rams head coach Sean McVay, Kupp will play on Sunday.

Kupp, who had been rehabbing a hamstring injury since the preseason, was designated to return to practice from injured reserve earlier this week.

This is a huge gain for the Rams, who have actually been without their top wideout since Week 10 of 2022 due to a season-ending ankle injury. Before he was sidelined, Kupp had logged 75 catches for 812 yards and six touchdowns in nine games.

As for the undefeated Eagles, they will now not only be tasked with stopping Kupp but also LA's rookie wide receiver Puka Nacua.

Nacua, a fifth-round pick in the 2023 draft, has been quite the surprise for the Rams and already has 39 catches and 501 yards through for games.

It also doesn't help that the Eagles will be without one of their top defenders, veteran defensive tackle Fletcher Cox

On the upside, the Eagles should have a healthy secondary ready to go on Sunday.

You can catch Kupp's return vs. Philadelphia on FOX this Sunday, Oct. 8 at 4:05 p.m. ET.
